On 14 April 2026, the INDHEAP project in collaboration with SOLINDARITY project will host a hands‑on workshop in Graz dedicated to the design, implementation, and real‑world performance of hybrid solar systems for industrial process heat and power.
Taking place right before the 4th International Sustainable Energy Conference (ISEC 2026), the workshop will bring together industry, technology providers, and experts from related research initiatives working toward reliable renewable heat solutions for industrial applications.
The workshop will explore both the technical and practical aspects of deploying hybrid solar systems in real industrial settings, providing participants with insights into:
- Designing hybrid solar systems to ensure stable and dependable heat supply
- Lessons learned from testing and demonstration activities
- Methodologies and tools supporting optimal system design
- Medium-temperature heat storage solutions for industrial applications
- Integration of solar heat and power into existing industrial processes
The programme will also provide space for discussion on scaling from pilot projects to full industrial deployment.
